This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and what you can do about it. It covers website visitors, clients, and candidates — including people we have approached who never applied for anything.
Talent Architects is a trading name of Growth Partner Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15650672. Our registered office is 11 Fusion Court, Aberford Road, Leeds, England, LS25 2GH. Our correspondence address is 11 Middlethorpe Business Park, York, YO23 2BD.
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC218639.
If you have any question about this notice or about how we handle your information, contact us at [email protected] or write to us at the correspondence address above.
We handle personal information about three groups of people, and the sections below are organised accordingly:
We use this to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked for, such as a market map. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and — where you have asked us to do something specific — the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.
We use analytics to understand how the site is used. Our lawful basis is consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time. See our Cookie Policy.
This section is our candidate privacy notice. It applies whether you approached us, were referred to us, or were identified by us without having applied for anything.
If we contacted you and you never applied for a role: we found your professional information through publicly available sources, and section 5.2 below explains exactly where. You are entitled to object to us holding it, and we will remove you promptly on request. Email [email protected] and it will be dealt with.
We do not seek special category data (such as health, ethnicity or religious belief) and ask that you do not send it to us. Where a client requires an occupational health check or a criminal record check for a specific role, we will tell you before anything is arranged.
Where we have not received your information directly from you, it will have come from one or more of the following:
We use your information to assess whether you are suited to a specific role, to contact you about it, to prepare a written suitability report for the client concerned, and to manage the process through to offer.
Our lawful basis for identifying and first contacting you is legitimate interests — specifically, our interest and our client's interest in filling a role with a suitable person, and your interest in hearing about a relevant opportunity. We have considered the effect on you and have concluded that a single, relevant, personally written approach about a specific role is proportionate and would be reasonably expected in your profession. You may object at any time and we will stop.
Once you engage with us about a role, we rely on the steps necessary to enter into a contract, and on legitimate interests in providing our service to the client.
Where we keep your details on file for future roles after a process ends, we rely on your consent, which we will ask for and which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not send your details to a client without telling you which client it is and getting your agreement first. When you agree, the client receives our written suitability report about you, which includes our assessment, the evidence behind it, and the areas we were unable to fully establish.
We use software, including automated tools, to help identify people whose public professional experience may match a role. That software matches job titles, employers, sector, seniority, location and length of experience against what the role requires. It does not screen anyone out, score anyone or rank anyone.
Every candidate we put forward is interviewed by a person, and every score and recommendation in a suitability report is given and reviewed by a person. No decision about you is made solely by automated means.
If you believe you have been overlooked, or you disagree with an assessment, you can ask for it to be reviewed by a person and you can give us information you think we have missed. Email [email protected] and a person will reply. Our full AI notice sets out exactly where we use these tools and where we deliberately do not.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share candidate details with other recruitment businesses.
Our systems are hosted in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner, together with appropriate additional safeguards.
